Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using MenuInvoice you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
MenuInvoice provides online invoicing, payment reminders and receivables tracking. We may improve or change features over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payment, taxes and invoicing for your subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, or to send spam.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
